Sales and Marketing Council

The Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) can help you and your business grow. You’ll get a competitive edge with updates on the latest marketing techniques and creative ideas; you’ll get professional credibility with national education and certification programs; and you’ll get networking opportunities with other top industry professionals to help you find new sources of business.

The SMC also provides opportunities for recognition through the annual Pyramid Awards. This nationally recognized program honors the best and the brightest in home building, remodeling, sales and marketing.

Here’s an overview of SMC activities:

  • Sales and marketing training for builders and associate members

  • Supports association activities such as the Parade of Homes, Home~A~Rama
  • Encourages membership in the association and council

  • Serves as liaison to the NAHB Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and promotes its products and services
